On the first floor, the loft, with a balcony overlooking to the living room, offers a cozy open space to be used as studio, second living room, or even a double bedroom with private bathroom.
The secondary apartment, completely renovated in recent years, consists of living room and kitchen, from which we have direct access to the back terrace with porch, hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms: one double and one twin, both of large sizes.
The properties are located in the historic center of the village of Ronchi, the only opening of the town of Castelnuovo del Garda overlooking Lake Garda.
A few steps from the bus stops to the north of the lake, to the train station of Peschiera del Garda and Verona, two minutes walk from the Ronchi beach and the promenade that takes us directly to the historic center of Peschiera del Garda, UNESCO city, with a walk of only twenty minutes.
Just two minutes by car from several supermarkets, gas stations, the hospital and first aid and the A4 motorway exit.
