DescriptionIn a residential area, just a few steps from the centre of Colombare, we propose recently built two-family villas, completely independent, arranged on three levels connected by an internal elevator.
On the ground floor there is the living area composed of a large living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom and the possibility of access to the attic through a retractable staircase. On the basement floor, a large tavern, a third bathroom, a laundry room, a double garage with an automated sectional door with pedestrian access and two covered parking spaces complete the solution.
Sirmione does not require too many presentations: it is a small jewel suspended in the middle of the low Lake Garda.
The municipality borders Peschiera del Garda to the south-east and Desenzano del Garda to the south-west. The section on the lake borders to the east with Lazise and Castelnuovo del Garda and to the north with Padenghe sul Garda.
The old town centre is at the northern end of a long and narrow peninsula about four kilometres long, which divides the southern lacual shore into two parts, and is also an island, since it has been isolated from the peninsula by a navigable moat, which is crossed by a single access route, a bridge.
It still preserves today a medieval urban structure, with narrow and irregular streets. Since the 1970s, architectural interventions have been carried out on the external walls of the buildings (first of all in the Grifone Hotel and Hotel Speranza), which have given back their oldest appearance, with bricks and exposed stones. It is a restricted traffic area, one could say that it is a paradise for pedestrians.
