DescriptionIn the heart of Peschiera del Garda, between the river Mincio and Piazza Ferdinando di Savoia, we offer a luxury apartment with an elevator on the second floor.
Upon entering, you will immediately see the large windows overlooking the Mincio River, which flood the living area with abundant light.
The living room consists of an open kitchen and a balcony with a "pieds dans l'eau" effect. From here a corridor leads to a storage room and further on to the sleeping area, which consists of a small bedroom, a bathroom and the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Also in the sleeping area the large windows offer a unique view of the village square.
After a complete renovation, the building, a former primary school, has changed its purpose. Now it can be used as a hotel, commercial, residential and management space.
Great attention has also been paid to the systems by installing underfloor radiant panels for air conditioning in winter; towel heating in the toilets while for the summer it was decided to install thermal ventilation units (Fain-Coil) in the main rooms. The systems are powered by a centralised electric heat pump, but each apartment is supplied by a completely independent flow/return pipe on which the booster, temperature control and heat metering units are installed to distribute the output. All window openings are equipped with an electrical connection for the installation of automatic sliding curtains and the dust extraction, diffusion system and burglar alarm system have been installed.
Piazza Ferdinando di Savoia is considered the beating heart of Peschiera's history with its overlooked buildings and military installations, such as the Fortress, the harbour wall, the Voltoni Bridge, the Church of San Martino and Barracks XXX Maggio. At the centre of the square is the fountain designed by the architects, modelled on the basin of the Verona Arsenal, and the white stone pavement of the Lessinia, modelled on the Liston in Piazza Bra.
