DescriptionThe project involves the construction of three independent buildings joined by architectural glass elements, the adoption of bow-windows elements and coatings aimed at enhancing the play of light.
The construction was created in accordance with the Protocol "Leed for Homes" and the "Protocol Itaca" which aims to promote the use of sustainable construction and renewable energy sources.
In fact, materials with a low environmental impact, non-polluting and that limit energy consumption as much as possible have been used for the construction of the apartments.
The pool will be heated using energy produced from renewable energy sources and through dedicated heat pumps.
The building is equipped with an elevator system that starts from the basement and reaches the penthouses, all wrapped in an architectural network designed ad hoc.
The complex is located in San Benedetto di Lugana, a recently expanded area, a few steps from the southern shore of the lake with views of considerable interest. To the west is in fact visible the peninsula of Sirmione, while to the north stands in the background the mountainous alpine frame of the lake itself.
The area offers the most varied tourist attractions, thermal parks and amusement parks (Gardaland, MovieLand, Caneva World) and also the possibility of shopping along the lake in the famous resorts of Desenzano, Salò and Sirmione.
