In a nearby hamlet, in a central and serviceable position, we offer a historic building in need of renovation on four levels.
The building consists of three floors and a basement with three large rooms with stone façade, a large room with windows (formerly used as a kitchen) and a garage. On the ground floor there is a large entrance, three rooms and a separate kitchen. (A part of the ground floor is used commercially, it used to be a bakery). The first floor, consisting of four rooms, a bathroom and a large central corridor, has a balcony facing the main street and enjoys views of the public gardens. The top floor is high enough to be converted into a living room, which consists of five spacious rooms and a terrace with open views of the countryside.

The building can be converted into a guesthouse/room rental/b&b with a common area/bar and breakfast room on the ground floor and six comfortable bedrooms on the upper floors and cellars and storage rooms in the basement; or alternatively it can be divided into three or four apartments with adjacent cellars, which can be used for renting to tourists or for permanent rental of houses.
At present, a project is being submitted to the competent municipal authorities to obtain a building permit to divide the building into three comfortable apartments (or alternatively into two comfortable apartments, a large two-room apartment and an office).
